This document sets forth the terms and conditions under which the user may use the "BookNotion" service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by BookNotion. If the User does not agree to these Terms of Use, the User may not use the Service. By registering for the Service, the User agrees to these Terms of Use.

Article 1 (Contents of the Service)

The Service is a service that does the following

• Save the highlights of the Kindle application, Web articles and X to Notion.
• Randomly pick up highlights from saved content and distribute them via email.

This service is for general users, and the User shall not use this service for any other purpose than the above.

Article 2 (Scope of Application)

1. This Agreement applies to all Users who use the Service, and Users shall comply with this Agreement.

Article 4 (Modification of Terms)

The Service Provider may modify, delete, suspend, or discontinue the Terms of Use at any time without the prior consent of the User. Any use of the Service after such modification shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of the modified Terms of Use. Please check the latest contents in this application before use.

Article 5 (Provision of the Service)

If the User delays payment of the usage fee, the User shall pay a late fee at the rate of 14.6% per annum.
